LICONS Project:- Progress
The project activities commenced with a pre-project
meeting at Oxford Brookes University, UK, on 31st May 2002, ahead of
the contracted start date.
Progress at the time of updating this website is summarised

WORK PACKAGE A
Conceptual Design, Appraisal and System Characterisation
Task
1 – Appraisal and viability assessments
Subtasks
initiated, under task leadership of TRADA Technology. Target for completion:
Month 7, with any necessary modification in months 7-12.

2 – Engineering and Materials Science Inputs
Subtasks
initiated, under task leadership of Rotafix. Target for completion: Month
7 with any necessary supplementary tests concluded by month 12.

initiated, under task leadership of TRADA Technology. Target for reporting:
Month 12 with follow-on conclusion to testing subtask 5.2 by month 18.

Protection, Conservation, Cultural Measures and Knowledge Encapsulation
Task 10 – Documentation and Development
of Computer Websites
Subtasks initiated, under task leadership
of LegnoDOC.
First completed task is the production of the first version of this
project website (June'02).
Task 11 – Knowledge Encapsulation, Dissemination
and Training
Subtasks due to commence through later stages
of the project, unifying the outputs from individual work tasks as they
become available, under task leadership of Rotafix.
